We are proud to announce that Matthew Skoller’s song “The Devil Ain’t Got No Music” has been nominated for Best song of the year by the Blues Music Awards.

The song is the title cut off Lurrie Bell’s critically acclaimed album “The Devil Ain’t Got No Music,” produced by Matthew Skoller.

Lurrie Bell’s CD The Devil Ain’t Got No Music has just won the Blues Prize from the Academie du Jazz in France. Producer Matthew Skoller will be accepting the award in Paris on the 15th of January 2013.

We would like to congratulate Heritage Blues Orchestra for their recent Grammy Nomination and their 2 Blues Award Nominations (Best Album and best Traditional Album) Matthew played on one of the songs on this critically acclaimed CD. The project was produced by his brother Larry Skoller.
